Prints

We accept returns or exchanges on prints within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The print is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Studio Libu is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Original Paintings

All original paintings are final sale.

That said, we understand that purchasing original art is a meaningful decision. If you have questions or concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to review inquiries on a case-by-case basis and will always aim for a thoughtful and fair resolution.

Damage or Defect

Studio Libu stands behind its work and wants you to love your purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the issue and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
